Together, we’ll choose the perfect hat style (Trucker Hat, Dad Hat, etc.), finalize the color options, and determine the quantities you need. Our goal is to help bring your vision to life.
2. Design & Customize
Once we’ve settled on the basics, it’s time for the fun part—designing your custom hat! Our goal is to create a unique, one-of-a-kind design that perfectly represents you, your team, and your brand. Together, we’ll choose from options like flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, or custom patches, and decide on their placement. Afterward, we’ll provide a proof for your approval to ensure everything is just right.
3. We Get to Work
Once you approve the design, our team gets to work, bringing your vision to life and turning your digital concept into a real hat. Production typically takes 7-15 days, during which we carefully inspect each hat to ensure it meets our highest standards of quality and comfort. Once everything looks perfect, we’ll ship your hats directly to you.
